  • Ultra-quiet, floor-to-ceiling windows — the second-thickest in the world — with blackout shades. Motorized solar roller window shades are operated via lowered wall-mounted switches.
  • Authentic Eero Saarinen-designed midcentury modern Knoll furnishings.
  • A transfer or roll-in terrazzo-tiled shower with a fixed showerhead, grab bars and a permanent fold-down seat.
