Please click here to modify or cancel an existing reservation. After providing the email address you used to confirm your reservation as well as your confirmation number, follow the prompts to complete your request.
Do you offer industry or TWA employee rates?
We do offer special industry and TWA employee rates through our Partner Program! Please fill out the entry form on our Partner Program page to receive your discounted rates, if eligible. We do not offer AAA member rates.
Is parking available?
Onsite parking is available directly in front of our building. Rates are posted below and are subject to change.
Onsite Parking Rates
- Up to One Hour: $10
- Up to Four Hours: $20
- Daily Max: $35
- Overnight (out by 11 AM): $40
- Park and Fly: $40 per night for first two nights, then $20 per night
The TWA Hotel validates parking for patrons of the Paris Café for two-hour periods. After the two-hour window, the above rates apply. Please ask for the validation code at the restaurant.
How do I get to the TWA Hotel?

If you’re driving:
The TWA Hotel is located at JFK Airport near Terminal 5. Upon entering the airport, proceed toward Terminal 5 (JetBlue). Follow the traffic signs to the TWA Hotel, keeping left toward Terminal 5's parking area.
For the TWA Hotel's parking, transfer to the left center lane, which will lead you directly to the hotel's main entrance.
If you’re taking the AirTrain:
Available 24/7, the AirTrain provides the fastest and best route to and from the TWA Hotel. Carrying a ton of luggage? Smarte Cartes and luggage carts (as well as small pets in a secured carriers) are permitted on the AirTrain. Exit at the Terminal 5 (JetBlue) stop and follow the signs to the elevator on the same level as the train platform. Take the elevator down to Level 1. Walk left off the elevator, go through the doors, turn left and cross the street toward the Yellow Parking Garage. Turn left on the sidewalk and follow the walkway to the TWA Hotel front door.
The AirTrain connects all terminals to airport parking lots, the rental car center and NYC’s public transportation at the Jamaica and Howard Beach Stations, where you can find the subway, the Long Island Rail Road and public buses (click here to see our map!). The AirTrain is free within JFK and between the TWA Hotel and all terminals. If you end or start your trip at the Jamaica or Howard Beach Stations, a $7.75 fee is payable by a MetroCard available at those stations. If you’re walking over from JetBlue Terminal 5:
In Terminal 5, take the escalator down to JetBlue’s baggage claim area. On the far right, you'll see an elevator for the TWA Hotel. Take the elevator up to the hotel. Once out of the elevator, follow the red carpeted flight tube to the hotel lobby. Turn right immediately after exiting the flight tube and follow the ramp down and to the left to reach the check-in area.
If you’re flying by helicopter:

Can restaurant or bar reservations be made?
The Sunken Lounge is open for indoor dining from 4 PM to 11 PM every day. Reservations are not accepted; walk-ins are welcome. Takeout is also available. The Paris Café is open Wednesday through Sunday from 4:30 PM to 10 PM. Reservations are recommended and walk-ins are welcomed. See the menu and make Paris Café reservations here. Connie is temporarily closed due to indoor dining restrictions.
Are the rooftop pool and observation deck open?
The rooftop pool and observation deck at the TWA Hotel are open for hotel guests from 10 AM to 10 PM ET every day. Read more details here.
Do any rooms offer views of JFK’s runways?
Yes! Book a Runway View room to watch jets take off on JFK’s runways (not that you’ll hear them — the floor-to-ceiling windows are the second-thickest in the world). Historic TWA view rooms overlook the iconic TWA Flight Center designed by famed architect Eero Saarinen and first opened in 1962.
Are gift cards available for purchase?
Yes, the TWA Hotel offers gift cards via The TWA Shop online.
What is the check-in time?
Check-in time is 4 PM ET and checkout time is 11 AM ET.
What is the minimum age required to check in?
At least one hotel guest must be 21 years of age or older to check in for an overnight or Daytripper℠ stay with a valid government issued ID.
Are pets allowed? Are there relief stations?
The TWA Hotel welcomes you and your pet! If you are booking a guestroom, please use the comments field on the checkout page while making a reservation to let us know you are traveling with a pet. Please note there is a fee of $25 per pet for each stay. Pet owners are asked to clean up after their pets while visiting the TWA Hotel. A designated, pre-security relief station is located at Terminal 5. Walk through the TWA Hotel’s Saarinen Wing flight tube and down the stairs to JetBlue baggage claim. Are government rates available?
Yes, the TWA Hotel extends the government per diem rate to all U.S. Federal Government employees and U.S. Armed Forces members. A valid ID is required at check-in.
Are day stays available?
Yes. A Daytripper℠ stay can be reserved for the following time intervals:
- 7 AM – 11 AM
- 8 AM – 8 PM
- 10 AM – 4 PM
- NOON – 6 PM
To book a Daytripper℠ stay on our website, select your desired day as your arrival date. Please note that the departure date will automatically appear as the date after your Daytripper℠ stay. However, your confirmation email will reflect your Daytripper℠ stay reservation as beginning and ending on your desired arrival date.

Does the hotel have a spa or salon?
The TWA Hotel does not have a spa or salon.
Is luggage storage available?
Yes. Stop by the Arrivals Hall to store your luggage for a few hours before check-in or after checkout. If you’re just visiting us for the day, we can store your luggage while you wander. There is no charge for luggage service. Long-term storage is not available.
Is there shuttle bus transportation?
To reduce airport traffic, shuttle buses are not permitted at JFK terminals for pickup and drop-off. However, you can take the AirTrain 24/7 to and from the TWA Hotel by using the Terminal 5 stop near the hotel. The AirTrain is the fastest and best route to the hotel and connects all terminals to airport parking lots, the rental car center and NYC’s public transportation at the Jamaica and Howard Beach Stations, where you can find the subway, the Long Island Rail Road and public buses. Is there a lost and found?
Yes. If you misplaced an item during your visit to the TWA Hotel please submit a claim (If prompted, enter client identification number 91744), and we will be in touch regarding your personal property. You will receive a response within 72 hours.
Are cribs and rollaway beds available?
The TWA Hotel has a limited number of complimentary Pack ‘n Plays for guests. Please note any Pack ‘n Play requests in the comments field on the checkout page when making a reservation to ensure availability. The hotel does not offer rollaway beds.
Are special rates available for influencers?

Is smoking allowed?
No, the TWA Hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
