Do you offer industry or TWA employee rates?
At this time we do not offer special industry or TWA employee rates. This spring we will launch a special rate for the members of these important communities. Our current rates can be found only on twahotel.com. We do not offer AAA member rates.
Is parking available?
Onsite valet parking will be available at the hotel. Self-parking for TWA Hotel guests will also available in the yellow lot between JFK Terminals 5 and 6. Follow the signs for the skywalk to Terminal 5 (T5) and then follow the signs to the TWA Hotel. For more information on self-parking, visit jfkairport.com. Rates are posted below and are subject to change.

Can restaurant or bar reservations be made yet? When will the restaurants and bars open?
Do any rooms offer views of JFK’s runways?
Yes! Book a Runway View room to watch jets take off on JFK’s runways (not that you’ll hear them — the floor-to-ceiling windows are the second-thickest in the world). Historic TWA view rooms overlook the iconic TWA Flight Center designed by famed architect Eero Saarinen and first opened in 1962.
I’m a travel agent. Can I make a reservation via the GDS?
The only way to make a reservation for the TWA Hotel is online at twahotel.com. At this time the hotel is not active within the GDS and all rates offered are net, non-commissionable.
When will the roof deck pool open?
The pool at the TWA Hotel will open May 15, 2019. The pool is heated — don’t forget to pack your bathing suit!
Are gift cards available for purchase?
Yes, the TWA Hotel will offer gift cards starting this spring. Please sign up for our emails to be alerted when gift cards are available.
What is the check-in time?
Check-in time is 4 pm EST and checkout time is 11 am EST.
Are pets allowed?
The TWA Hotel welcomes you and your pet! If you are booking a guestroom, please use the comments field on the checkout page while making a reservation to let us know you are traveling with a pet. Please note there is a fee of $25 per pet for each stay.
Are “day stays” available?
For travelers in need of a quick respite, the TWA Hotel will offer day stays. Reservations for day stays will launch this spring. Please sign up for our emails to be alerted when day stay bookings launch.
How do I reserve a group booking or event?

Does the hotel have a spa or salon?
The TWA Hotel will offer limited salon services, but will not have a full-service spa. Details about the salon services will be announced this spring. Please add your name to our email list to be notified about salon and spa services.
Is there shuttle bus transportation?
While shuttle bus service is not available, you can take the AirTrain 24/7 to and from the TWA Hotel by using the Terminal 5 stop in front of the hotel. The AirTrain connects all terminals to airport parking lots, the rental car center and NYC’s public transportation at the Jamaica and Howard Beach Stations, where you can find the subway, the Long Island Rail Road and public buses. The AirTrain is free within JFK and between the TWA Hotel and all other terminals. If you end or start your trip at the Jamaica or Howard Beach Stations, a $5 fee is payable by a MetroCard available for purchase at those stations. The AirTrain runs as often as every seven minutes during peak times. Find more information on the AirTrain and public transportation options at jfkairport.com or mta.info.
Are cribs and rollaway beds available?
The TWA Hotel has a limited number of complimentary Pack ‘n Plays for guests. Please note any Pack ‘n Play requests in the comments field on the checkout page when making a reservation to ensure availability. The hotel does not offer rollaway beds.

What is the first night for reservations?
The TWA Hotel officially opens on May 15, 2019. Reservations for May 15, 2019 and beyond can only be made online at twahotel.com.
